Hello. My name is Amy Baylaurel Casey and I am a licensed massage therapist, and I work at Meredith Whole Living Center in Meredith, New Hampshire. I also have a B.S. in Psychology and am currently a graduate student at Plymouth State University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program.

I love integrating what I am learning CMHC into my massage therapy work, as well as what I learn from my clients in the massage room into my CMHC experience.

I believe it to be an honor and a privilege to serve people, to connect with them in the present moment and to hear their story of how they came to me, and how I can use my skills to provide comforting therapeutic touch. I believe that touch is a language of care, love, and support that everyone needs. I welcome everyone to my table.

I am a graduate of New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, New Hampshire. In that learning environment, my interest was sparked in the mind-body connection, and how we experience mind-body connection during massage therapy. This led me to my specialized training in oncology massage through Intensive and Advanced Mentorship Trainings with Tracy Walton and Associates.

I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, a Preferred Practitioner member of the Society for Oncology Massage, and a member of Psi Chi, International Honor Society in Psychology.

Because I live in the beautiful Lakes Region, you can generally find me hiking and photographing nature, swimming and snorkeling. I also love yoga, abstract painting, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, and playing the handpan.
